Simba vs. Scar

I've been really getting back into the Lion King lately, and I thought it was time for me to draw some characters in my own style. I really loved the last scene from this movie. Even if they never really looked this way during that scene, since Scar was more frightened once the fire began, I still wanted to capture the overall mood of it.   

Well, there's not a lot of background to this one. I did it all at college in my dorm room. This is the first digital artwork I have done away from home. I'm hoping it didn't affect my abilities (especially since I had an emergency trip to the hospital last Friday! ).

After this, I plan on making myself a simple logo for my own content, another Disney themed artwork, and then more comic pages and OC art. Luckily, school has been giving me some time.
